M3 GTS Rim Width
Do we have a guess on what the Rim width on the GTS is.
They run 255/35s up front and 285/30s in the rear. I'm thinking 9" up front and 10" in the rear, what do you guys think? |

youre probably right... it doesnt look super aggressive by any means... 19x9 and 19x10 are very common sizes in the aftermarket scene.

As I recall, the GT4 is 19x9.5 on the front and 19x10.0 at the rear so it's unlikely that the GTS is wider than that.
The "recommended" rim width for 255/35x19's is 9.0 and for 285/30x19's is 10.0" I agree with HREM3 - 9" Front, 10" rear. |

I got 9" and 10" with 255/35, 285/30 and they fit perfect. Looks OEM, so I'm guessing that's probably what they are using.
I find it strange though, it's not hard to realize that the front tire has a noticeably larger sidewall than the rear. Looks ugly/weird IMO.

The sidewall is why i went to a 295/30 rear. So they look more even. The overall diameter is still larger on my fronts with 255/35 though. |
