Everyone just report this to a mod and get this a-hole banned.
It's the red icon under everyone's name.

How can there be any question at all about the character of this person, and why would any forum allow them to mingle and continue to ply their fraud in its midst?

Sorry for not posting earlier, But I work for an offshore drilling company and I'm currently out on a rig in transport. Therefore our internet is pretty spotty. I just checked up on PayPal and my money has been returned and as soon as I get home next week it will be going to IND for the system and an ESS tune.

The reason why I didn't report Rob to the mods earlier was b/c I didn't want to cause Rob to get a wild hair up his ass and try to contest the fraud case. My only objective was to get my money back as soon as possible. Trust me when I say that I monitored his sales thread to make sure the didn't try and defraud yet another M3post member.

Rob, if you read this I wish I had seen your facebook picture prior to making the sale. I mean really, a picture of you flexing behind the wheel of your car? Karma is a motherf***er and its coming for a certain Rob Wilson.

Damn, that's terrible to hear. This was definitely a learning experience for me. While the deal Rob and I made would have been a great price to pay, I've come to the conclusion that peace of mind is much, much more important. I've dealt with the guys at IND before and I think we all know what stand up guys they are.

i did some research on that exhaust system and found out he was posting rave reviews about the akra exhaust and how good it is and all that. notice how he posted the exhaust is brand new. i confronted him with that and he wrote that it was actually his "friends" exhaust he was selling for some bullshit reason.
i told him ok, i'll take the exhaust, but i want to see it in person since i live nearby.
no response.
scam artist. i hope he gets his ass raped in jail where he belongs.

When I am finished with my Wachovia investigation I will make a thread about this vendor, I want the community to know the GOOD vendors versus the BAD vendors.

I am glad you got your money back

He is the same scumbag that back in the IND Akra thread was railing about how IND was trying to gouge him because they PM'd him a $6200 quote for a complete system when it was listed on the forum somewhere as a $5500 system. Point was that was a 2008 price, but interesting he comes back later and tries to scam people over the same exhaust? Not clear he even owns the system to sell. Truly should have his head strapped to exhaust tips.

lol wow thats crazy... Never make a deal with that much cash online unless its a reputable seller/dealer. I ended up getting my akra when the euro went down and ordered it from europe directly, but stories like this happen more often then not. Glad you guys got your money back and if you really want to make him go thru hell take him to civil court in regards just for the loss of time and headache
