I was born and raised in the bay but have lived in soscal for the past 10+ years.. i'm moving back in a few weeks and look forward to meeting you all at some local events

Btw how's the cop scene in Fremont now? I remember back in high school I got pulled over for tint and no front plate all the time, has it got any better ?

I haven't had any issues so far, haven't seen many around. I go to Fremont frequently for these meets or going to P-Tech. I actually get more trouble and stares from cops in downtown SF. Had one follow me to my parking garage entrance, didn't pull me over or turn on lights, just creeping when I wasn't speeding.

Fremont was fine for a while but I heard there's a new Fremont cop that has been giving out a lot of state ref's.

Might have to change meet location because of him lol. Let me know if you guys have any recommendations for a new place.

I understand that there are people coming from the city and parts of east bay, so this may be inconvenient from some, but I could talk to my landlord here to see if we could use the space. Kind of Depends if you guys are willing to drive this direction.

It's the Moonlite Shopping Center on the corner of El Camino Real and Kiely.
AMF Bowling Lanes shut down their operations here last year so there is also a vacant back lot.

Thanks Grant looks like a nice spot. But I agree it will add another 25-30min drive for the people coming up from the north. Thinking about keeping the current spot unless there's any trouble.

+1, the spot in Fremont works fine. Plus it's close to P-tech in case anyone's rod bearings need attention (j/k).
