Refreshing honesty here I hope you guys sell a lot of these.

^^ this

I'm a fan of both types -- the well balanced track car or the super silly HP street killer (I started with Supras in the 90s, so I have to be! ).

It sounds like the three turbo options will give some choice in the matter.

Well done for tackling such a project!

But if you care for that package, the M3 is a deal compared to modding a 335!
I just went through this analysis it was 625kit SC M3 $42k vs. adding another $30k 2010 N54. I learned the M3 car would need meth or a detune for 91oct to actually make good power seems the higher stage SC need 93oct.
My e90 does see both types of tracks and does excellent car is tuned beyond my abilities. The new e93 RB is way overkill even just WOT in a couple gears is too quick for street planning on hitting the airstrip.

However i am interested to see if a 08-10 M3TT can be built for under $45k v8 exhaust note and turbo spool, bmw feel is the best combo ever! (que venom GT videos, tuned)

How much power you can put down on the street has just as much to do with engine abilities as it does with ECU tuning (ie: boost by mph) tire size (355's anyone :-D ) and suspension tuning (more of a drag setup...soft rear stiff front).

With the small amount of tq these engines make I wouldn't be surprised if one could put down 1100rwhp on a set of DR. The tq would be in the 750-850rwtq range. More or less splitting the difference between a Supra and Gallardo.

Apparently it does. I don't see too many turbo kits out there for the S65, do you?

No market for them... theres like 50 differebt companies with superchargers already. If you google e92 turbo the first thing that pops up is superchargers.... is easier and apparently xheaper too.

Tuning is not easy, man. It's not easy at all. It took HPF many years to get their system perfected on the S54, and even then it was a CIP arrangement. I appreciate your enthusiasm for the topic, however these engines have a lot of sub-systems that work together, just making it a complicated task for any developer to overcome. I'm suspect that Gintani has their hands full getting things to run reliably, vanos especially given the new power curves. Don't feel discouraged, rather get your builder to make it happen and share the knowledge!

I'm right there with you. Plenty of development threads that have stalled with posting actual developments

And on top of that is a gintani store installation only..... waaaak. They should be aiming towards a bolt on kit that could be accessed by anyone around the world. Marketing and money comes from worldwide customer base not US only or even people that are willing to make the trip. Just my .02 cents.

If there was a twin Turbo kit for 12k, there would be a lot of ppl looking at it. To say there is no market is crazy. Supercharger kit goes from 6800-15k depending on company and what level you want. give or take

Actually, the kit can be installed at authorized Gintani outlets-ACM in NJ, PSI in Fla., Gintani China and Gintani Australia. The motor must be removed to install the TT.

It's not ridiculous at all. No way to even begin accessing the exhaust headers without removal of the engine. Thankfully the engine is nicely mounted to the aluminum front sub-frame so it drops out beautifully.
