Finally some AA installed pics~
Despite the horrible weather here in philadelphia, I managed to get some what pictures of the AA exhaust. Thank you AA for one of the best exhaust and they really did a nice job packing it. I installed through my dear friend who's a mechanic. If you look at in personal it's like... million times better. The weather was just ridiculous for me to take some good pics but I tried my best. The sound is off the hook and I'll try to upload some of the videos. Do you guys think I should extend the tips a little more? might be in too much and the VSR diffuser from IND, really did a good job packaging it but my pictures just ruined it, sorry Nate lol. I'll tried to take some better photos since VSR boot lid is on the way from IND. I NEED A CAR WASH ~! I NEED WHEELS, I just can't decide what there are too many options~!.. seriously any advise will be appreciated. Thanks

Yeah, they need to come out a little bit. I think this is the system I will go with, but I'm going to wait to see what my bonus is like come Jan.
As far as wheels, the biggest question seems to be how much $$$ you want to spend. I really like the way the 360 Forged Mesh 8's look, but I think the photos posted here are all of 20"s, and I don't want to go that large. I'm waiting for someone to post some of installed 19"s. |

Some videos of AA Exhaust~
Here are some videos which I took during nite. It rained all day here but I think the sound came out good enough though. If you hear it in person, it's like no comparison. At third video, the traction was awful on wet road so couldn't really pull the engine. Anywayz Enjoy~
P.S: Oh smart me... forgot to turn on the M..........LMAO better video next time~ Video 1 Video 2 Video 3

AA + Vorsteiner diffuser
Looking good Dave! Move the tips out a little and it will look perfect. I can't wait to see the trunk installed. It was the best fade I have seen our painter do. Thanks again for all the business

Actually, leaving the tips shorter than the vorsteiner diffuser is an excellent strategy to prevent the infamous leg branding that many of us have been acquainted with already

I advise you align the tips with the outer edge of the diffuser. Gotta love the AA design.
Regarding wheels decide on budget, level of performance (weight and size), and maintenance commitment (3 piece and complicated designs require a lot upkeep) You can't go wrong with a simple 19 inch, will look good, is within OEM parameters and will weigh less then the equivalent 20 inch wheel. Design is a personal thing really, what wheels have you been considering? Last edited by HighQ; 11-18-2008 at 04:30 AM.. |
