m6 gran coupe rims on M3

Has anyone tried to put m6 gran coupe rims (Style # 433) on the m3?
Pictures would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I suspect you would end up with something like this:

back at you, those are the old M6 rims and judging by that pic they seem like replicas. The 433 rims would probably look great but I'd imagine a stretched tire due to the +19 rear offset.

Oh I knew what rims those were on the Space Gray above.

The point I was making ... is that they would look equally out of place.

Thanks for the replies. I know the original 433 would look crazy because they are huge. But there are some smaller replicas that I believe should look good on the M3. I was wondering if someone had pictures so I can see how the design looks on an M3.

I was considering a set of reps for the winter so I photoshopped it on my own car (a sedan). After looking at it for a while, I decided that the lines didn't really match up with the E9x styling. The open-spoke design just looked weird with our brakes.

That's just my opinion though. It's your car and YOU should be the one who likes it.

I love these wheels on the M6 GC, they look a little large on the E92 but still very cool.

The car looks like a Transformer to me now
I like it, not sure I'd pay that kind of money for the wheels though.

I wouldn't rock them but if somebody turned up at a meet with those installed and an eye catching BBK, I would shake that guys hand.

Yea that's what that thread was originally about, M5/6 retrofit brakes. Pics are from a dealership from Germany. That's a hell of an expensive setup right there

These are OEM, so they're 20"
