18K miles on it...

dealer is asking 44K

this is my first time looking at an M..thanks guys.. if I can get them down to 40k, it seems like a good deal

low miles and should be a rock solid car.. no ?

40 would be a decent deal. 37-38 would be a good deal and 35ish a great deal... Bare in mind sedans go for a little less usually, however not many low mileage cars are for sale. I guess it depends how much you want this particular car. Good luck!

I'd be extremely surprised if the car sold for 35k otd. I think at 38 it would be a bargain. Despite what others say sedans actually sell for more since there's 7 coupes for each 1 sedan out there.

Is it a true 2011, a 2011.5 or a 2011.75?

Either way 44k is way to high. 40k max.
