Don't swap this car!!! It's been seen that original SMG cars with high desirable options/colors and low miles, seem to be worth more than swapped. This is absolutely beautiful!

Thank you I appreciate it! I definitely agree, it retains more value for sure. However, if it is a forever car for someone then the swap makes sense if that's what they prefer.

Thank you!

Actually seems like the car is back on the market, buyer agreed to price and I was awaiting deposit, then backed out.

The market for these cars is ridiculous now, its genuinely overpriced. Your better off buying a BMW e92 m3 for that money and you can even get a competition package. Clean car though, GLWS

This could be true, but to a certain buyer or collector, this could be more desirable than an E92. I love both generations myself.

Not even close to accurate. As much as I love the E9x, the E46 has a ton more appeal with low miles, zcp and this color combo. The market for Interlagos zcp has always been high. I had one for 6/7 months, slicktop 6 speed, wish everyday I could have that car back. What's over priced is the lime rock E9x that are nothing more than color, badges, steering wheel and exhaust. At least in the E46, the ZCP came with genuine upgrades over the base.

This car is well worth the asking price and I wish I had the funds to buy it.

Now, don't want to clog up OPs sale ad with a debate but this car is not overpriced in any way or fashion. Car is special. Period.

Isn't the ZCP in the E46 just suspension, wheels and a steering wheel? Is that really "more genuine upgrades" over ZCP in E92 which is suspension and wheels? I don't care for an alcantara steering wheel that removes my other handy steering wheel buttons. Both ZCP packages are the same.

Not entirely correct:

"What is the E46 M3 Competition Package:

The E46 M3 Competition Package, known by the internal designation "ZCP", was initially offered in December of 2004 as an exclusive option for the North American market. It was then expanded to other markets beginning with September 2005 production. Available only on the M3 coupe, the option package consisted of the following equipment (most of which is derived from that of the limited-production M3 CSL):
-Cross-drilled brake rotors (enlarged to 13.7 inches in front) with two-piece compound rotors (aluminum hat and outer portion connected by steel pins)
-Steering ratio reduced to 14.5:1
-M Track Mode setting for Dynamic Stability Control (raises—but does not eliminate—the threshold at which the DSC intervenes)
-19-inch cross-spoke alloy wheels (8x19-inch front, 9.5x19-inch rear)
-Alcantara-wrapped M three-spoke steering wheel with M Track Mode activation button (audio and cruise control buttons deleted)
-Specific aluminum interior trim with milled effect
-Exclusive Interlagos Blue metallic (A30) paint option".

I would love for someone who is as big of as an enthusiast as you to buy it.
Hopefully/maybe we can discuss a deal if you end up in the market for one

I'd love it, especially to match my E90 zcp but I don't think this year I can make it work. Next year this time, I'll be shopping for one 100%.

I just looked at your build thread and damn... your E90 is so mint. That would actually be insane to have both of these cars in the garage. Only things I'd really do to this one is KW V2, spacers, headers + muffler and a tune.

If it doesn't sell soon, I may just store it until the spring and we can talk.

Thank you, I haven't updated it in a few weeks, minor things coming!

I'd do a cal airbox, csl headers, cams, tune and exhaust. Then drive and enjoy!

I follow you in Instagram, your E46 is beautiful as well.

I don't disagree with that haha, hope to have a CSL box sometime soon. I just can't justify the $4k+ cost for me in Canada. Cheers!
