Here a LCI upgrade version. PM January 2008.

Before modification (everything stock), and after some spacers, LCI tail lights, CIC controller fitted, boot lip wrapped.
Very nice M3's here and inspired me to the modifications.....

Thank you.
Yes, you need a LCI trunk lid to convert the tail lights.
Depends on the production year/month you need a footwellmodule (III instead of II), connecting cables and some coding work. It's unfortunately a lot of work but it made my M3 younger IMO.

Spacers are 15mm in front and 10mm in rear.
Suspension are stock + pulled out camber pin from the front upper mount.
I've got 1.6 negative with it.

It might look lowerd but I think it's only the magic of the shooting angle

By the way, I drove some Eibach Pro springs in the past, but did not like the feeling of it so put it out. Here is a comparison of the different set up.

stock
eibach pro springs with spacers
spacers only

0 clearance problems. Lovveeeee it. The design allows you to go sideways much easier than the traditional lips that extend to the edge of your bumper. Subtle too, almost like the Vorsteiner bumper but more OEM lines.

I'm driving an 08 sedan with stock 19s (ps 2 stock size tires) on stock suspension and was thinking of doing 15 mm in front and 12 mm in the rears. Just curious as to why you went with 10 mm in the rears?

In Germany almost all modification you do, should be inspected by the TUV (http://www.tuv.com/en/corporate/priv...es_traffic.jsp)
and after the modification pass the inspection, you get it written in your vehicle registration. Without this done, you drive the car with some spacers = illegal.
In case you have a traffic accident, your insurance can refuse to cover the expenses due to illegal modification.
Crazy isn't it?
In this regard, all after market parts need to have a parts certificate to proof, that the manufacturer has been tested the
parts itself under circumstances that TUV requires. With this document you just go to the TUV and let them register the parts into your registration.

Now to your answer, I could not find any spacer (Yes spacers should be inspected and registered) in 12mm with the parts certificate, so I just took the 10mm one from H&R.
Sorry for the boring story.........

Sorry to go off topic but this sticky thread makes it so hard to choose between e90 m3 and e92 m3. imo not all coupe's look great in photos in terms of the rear angle and the sedan's rear looks so much more agressive compared to the e92..

Do not know if it's worth upgrading from e93 n54 335i M Sport to a sedan e90 m3? Don't know if it is worth giving up the open top experience and twin turbo engine with easy tuning access for this fuel guzzling v8. Im confused as hell now because the 335i is a damn good car in terms of power, tuning and roof down experience and I can not decide if the upgrade would be worth it or not. :S

thanks for the input matey the e90 m3 just turns me on so much more compared to the e92 m3 for some weird design reason. I'm going to have to pull the trigger within 6 months and i have already made up my mind on 2 cars. It's either going to be a fairly new e90 m3 or a P-car. It's going to be an unreal experience either way

+1 for E90. In order to get a P-car that beats an E90 you will have to go pretty high in price and I'm talking over double what an E90 costs.
