Good.

In today’s market, this car is worth low 40s in stock condition. Add mods and I can see OP getting close to 50k

Lol at the clowns offering $30k

I didn't know those mods add value to the car. Especially his air suspension is probably a no-go to many people (it might actually devalue the price a bit).
There are very small group of people who favors air suspensions.

And actually if OP converted the car back to stock (at least put on his wheels and stock suspension) he may able able to get close to his asking price at 45k-50k at auction site like BAT.

Brembo BBk, BC Forged wheels, Remus race + xpipe

That doesn’t add value? That’s around 8k alone if he sells it separately.

Yes, that's if he sells them separately. Buyers usually don't add them into the maximum value like you are to sell them separately...
Plus those who are collectors (usually has big money) they want everything to be original vs modded.

Don't get me wrong, I bought modded cars as well and sold modded cars too.
It's always more money if you can separate them convert it back to stock vs selling it as modded.

eyedi27 couldn't have said it better myself. It amazes me that people don't realize that mods depreciate your value 9/10, and that one time is when you find a very motivated buyer looking for those SPECIFIC mods

This is coming from someone who bought a 55k msrp car with 19k miles on it and nearly $20k in mods from a dealership for $18500
