shop recommendation

Im located in Virginia beach.. im planning to get my rod bearings since im on 86k miles and what shop do you guys recommend? thx

RRT in Sterling seem to be the "go to" shop for rod bearing around here.

I would probably talk to Atlantic Autowerke in that area.

Full disclosure: I have never actually dealt with them, but I used to see Terry Baker (who has my back seat in his 323i) and Bill Brochu conepacking.

I would research options in your area, labor rates will be lower there vs. NOVA/DC area.
