What do you not like about the sound? Too loud? Rasping?

Now Available from Thorney Motorsport.

The Akrapovič Evolution Exhaust system for the BMW M3 consists of gas-flow optimised link pipes with 2 x 100 cell sports catalysts and integrated resonators as well as a completely newly developed and now split-end mufflers. This exhaust system, made entirely from titanium, reduces the overall weight when compared to the stock system by approximately 23 kg.

Upwards of 2500RPM, the power increase is around 25BHP. The torque increase is a fairly constant 35 Nm. The improvement of acoustics play an important role in the development. The Akrapovič exhaust system amplifies and rectifies the beautiful sound of the V8, without being invasive in daily use. Rear silencers are also available separately as a Cat-Back system.

This system is from the manifolds back, and includes the 2x Lambda Extension sockets (100 cell catalysts inside) to ensure there's no ECU Lights on the dashboard.

the RPI will beat the Akrac hands down sound and power wise and its cheaper to import from RPI(you might get stung by custom though ).

also evolve one seems ever good as well (and cheaper), but dont know if you can get them anymore as they were made by Car Planet Racing ( they have gone bust owing creditors thousands ££ ).
if it was for me RPI and evolve and then akrac (because it no value compare to the other two ).....but if you can get one 2nd hand for 2000ish then i go for the akra...but if sound is your main concern RPI all day long (I had their gt system on my old E60 M5 ..its was awesome and i know my exhausts as i have/had alot of high powered japanese rockets )

Could you not upset the ballence of the car by removing weight from the rear of the car? coudl it upset the dynamics taking that amount away?

Well, it was late in the day and there were three guys standing chatting next to your car, I was with my friends 13 year old, he said it did not look as nice as mine (Dakar) I then pointed to your SC and gave him a lesson in performance differences
