On the M3 you have to hold the lever down or up (depending on which side you want to turn on) for over a second and angels and rear parking lights turn on.

My car is 100% Us Spec (Euro Delivery though)

My wife's Mini also does the same thing.
That's, I'll try holding it and seeing what happens! On the 335, you didn't have to hold it at all, just up or down and they instantly went on. I can almost bet that that time lapse is one of the wert_## profiles in action....

That might be it..... I agree with you. On my 335 it was pretty instant as well.

Mike just did the coding on my 2008 335....

I am so happy with the results! This is what he did:
1) make my xenons turn on when i unlock
2) euro corner delete, and i asked him if he could keep the little corner led's on while turning off the turn signal bulb, and he was able to do it!
3) folding mirrors with key, and rolling up windows with key
4) seat belt chimes and fasten belts warning gone
5) unlock doors when removing key
6) no more idrive accept message
7) digital speed in my display

I am very happy with the service, and I love the new coding! He really knows his stuff and the price was more than fair!

It's worth every penny.

Mike, sent you an e-mail regarding the possibility of coding the curb monitor (mirror tilt) option on cars without power/memory seats. Let me know if it's possible, thank you.

By any chance, have you been able to code auto day/night mode for navi? I have a 2011 and a guy up here got the menu option to be available, but it didn't actually work.

I always disable the clutch switch on all my manual cars, but didn't do it on the M3 because I wouldn't be able to turn 'accessory' and 'ignition' modes on, plus would lose the hill-assist feature. I'd LOVE to be able to start the car without the clutch pedal depressed, but if you code it out, then how do you turn 'accessory' and 'ignition' modes on? Please tell me exactly how coding that out would affect the stock functions.

I'd also like to code out the 'accept' screen, although it goes away after a few seconds. The seatbelt warning is annoying as hell too (and yes, I always wear it, but I have a long driveway). Hey, can you turn off the TPMS warnings??? In case a sensor goes out or the system malfunctions, you don't have the stupid lights and warnings all the time. Curious about that, although during warranty is not going to be an issue.
