I believe SteveD said it was, but you can always check with him to see exactly what the rebuild entails. At the time, rebuilding every 2 years seemed expensive, but I also clearly recall him saying that the GTS would also need rebuilds even if run stock as it's 'race use', and no engine can take that indefinitely.
