Subscribed. Can't wait to see the final product. I hate teasers

looking good. just curious, did they reshoot the paint? seems like they did. why didn't they just wet sand and shoot the matte clear? i just got my x5 wrapped matte clear.

I have a feeling it'll look like a red that's been out in the sun for years.

Your X5 looks sharp! On this car, when I first saw the rear bumper and the front, I was like WOW, that looks amazing, now that I look at the hood/fenders and all, I think it should be a darker red for the matte look to work, someone else said it looks like a faded red. But I think a few blacked out parts should fix the problem if it does come up, I'm also local and wish to view the car, maybe Leor and I could swing over if possible. |

I think some really agressive mods will pull it off nicely.
But as of right now it looks like a clay pot.

Wayy too much going on in that paint booth, I would be scared of dust and stuff, also since it can not be buffed out, or color sanded that looks scary.

somewhat true, just depends on how the painter prepped the booth, and how much after the pics were taken, if the dirt on the floor came in only after...

looks awsome so far! the only thing is, if I was going to the trouble to respray i'd choose a colour not available stock from bmw (maybe a rare individual colour), just to be a bit more unique...
