DCT Problem !!

So i been noticing this problem on my 2013 M3.
I'll have it in drive and sometimes it'll not automatically drop down to D1 when coming to a stop.
As you seen in the photo, im completely stopped at s stop sign and its locked on D7.
Happened every once in awhile but now its almost every stop... very annoying because i have to put it in neutral and then drive again to get it to D1.
Sometimes when coming to a stop it'll stay in whichever gear its in and make a huge clunk noise while stopped as if its trying to downshift or get into a gear but cant.

Is it because you drive with all four tires flat?

i'd recommend putting it on a lift, remove the transmission cover, and see if your dct pan is covered in fluid. If there are signs of leaking then top off the dct fluid.
