Asking price is without the warranty. Im open to offers but I feel given the cars condition, warranty and service history, the cost is justified. Please don't clog this up with your opinion

For sale is my 2011.5 E90 M3. I love this car more than any other car Ive owned. It delivers smiles for days and the presence the car has is unmatched. Its 1 of 16 in Interlagos Blue, black leather, carbon leather trim with the Competition Package

The story:
I bought the car out of a dealer in Texas who received it on trade. The guy who traded it in, bought it in Germany, from the original owner who I have spoken with through facebook. The car was driven in Germany the first three years of its life and did spend some time on the Nurburgring. Upon bringing it back to the states, the second owner converted it with a Euro appearance package, so it has the Euro front bumper, rear fog lights w/switch, side view mirrors lenses and amber turn signals in the rear. It also has the emergency triangle, safety kit and all parts in the trunk as it should.

During my ownership:
I've done my best to bring this E90 to near perfect state. Ive done all required maintenance up to this point and addressed majority of the major repairs associated with the E9X chassis. Ive also done a bunch of modifications along the way to bring it to my liking. The car as also professional paint corrected, single step on sides, two step on hood, roof and trunk, then sealed with Cquartz. It's always been hand washed and maintained either by myself or a local detailer certified in Cquartz. All recalls have been performed other than drivers airbarg (there's a reason for this, was going to get M Performance V2 installed and was going to do that all at once). I believe I can have the airbag done but Id have to check. Ill list everything and I do have records to correspond with everything done since my ownership. The car has a warranty through The Warranty Group that will come along with it and is Gold level, $500 deductible. Its already paid for itself in less than a yr as Im extremely anal about my cars and always try to catch issues before they become a problem.

Im sure Im forgetting a couple things but I have a build thread where you can go through and read the whole story. I feel very confident this is one of the cleanest E90s you'll be able to find, minus those with sub 25k miles. Its as close to complete turn key as possible. Ive treated this car as it should and given every bit of maintenance it needed while upgrading things as I go. The sound of the test pipes with AC Schnitzer exhaust is intoxicating, especially on WOT and downshifts. Im not even sure selling it is a good idea cause Im sure Ill miss the hell out of it, but you only live once. Ive got a high number in my head Id need out of it to sell. I wouldn't sell it as low as pretty much everything else listed given the history, maintenance and 2 yr 30k mile warranty it'll come with. I don't know if I can cancel the warranty and get anything back due to what its paid out but I can find out. Let me know any questions you may have.

Interior pics POSTED. Ill get some more recent ones if needed but the inside is near mint. The rear seats look to be never sat in and both drivers and passenger seats are in excellent condition as well. All leather is treated with Leatherique frequently.

This is likely going to be something matters to anyone who looking to buy a e90m. Get them done. That is the only item that truly changes a bill from 2k to 14k. I just did another car last night that was 2010 with 50k miles that has been cared for and the bearings looked pretty bad.

best of luck with sale, great looking car.

Will do then. I'll be out this weekend but I'll look to see where bearings are in stock at and order. Maybe we can coordinate a weekend?

Just spoke to warranty and if I cancel the coverage I'll drop the price accordingly. To be honest, with the repair costs on these cars I'd suggest keeping it but anyone who is interested we can discuss what it would drop the cost of car to.

If you want me to do them that’s not s problem this is my last month in Florida. I was just suggesting in general even if you go else where to do them.

Sorry but I completely disagree. Not everyone believes that rod bearings need to be changed. It is only a hype on this forum and you certainly don't need to do them to boost the sale of the car.

List your car on other websites like autotrader, ebay, craigslist. You will get more traffic than here

Not everyone believes that racism still existis but it’s doesnt change the fact is still does. Many don’t believe the sky is blue at any point in time, but it doesn’t change the color or appearance, ignorance to facts don’t change facts.

You’d be a fool to say they don’t need to be changed. Believing it is normal to see wear on rod bearings on a motor under normal operation is down right retarded to say the least. eBay and auto trader will see less traffic for a non enthusiast when they look at a 7 year old car asking 3/4 of what it originally sold for while kbb puts it at 20-27k at best. The people who are willing to pay that price that he is asking are ethaustis not just someone looking for a car. Being that is the case things like the most well known issue with the car not being addressed most certainly can kill a sale at the current asking price. Boosting and justifying are to different things under stand the contrast.

Ok let's get back on topic. I have the privilege of seeing this car on my way to/from work. The paint is immaculate and the exhaust setup sounds amazing. I only hope it ends up either A) with someone local or B) in my garage so I can continue to see/hear it. GLWS! Someone's gonna get a helluva e90.

Whoa! Things got a little side tracked here...

If a prospective buyer is concerned with rod bearings and the condition of them I'd be happy to discuss that with them. Also, asking price is with the warranty that'll fix and or replace the motor if they fail. The warranty itself definitely add value to the car knowing you're most of out pocket will be the $500 deductible it comes with. I can certainly remove the warranty to reduce the price and a prospective buyer and I can discuss that as well. If I get around to replacing the rod bearings before a buyer comes along, so be it. I will not, however, take less for the car simply because they aren't replaced. The value of the car without the warranty is well within range of market.

Meh... Rod bearings are not needed to sell your car although it couldn't hurt. List your car on the other sites where buyers aren't as infatuated with rod bearings. I listed my car here and got way more traffic from cars.com and cargurus. Cargurus sold it.
