JL motoring

So I hate to put bad reviews/ideas about people but this is a little out of hand.

So I ordered the JL motoring rear spoiler. But of course when I got it it had streaks on it. Naturally I wanted to return the product.


That was back in late April. Now (July 16th), still waiting for them to refund me. I've called their number 909-274-9891 many times and they don't answer. One time, I got an older gentleman who said he would make sure my PayPal was refunded. But again weeks later, nothing.

Anyone else have horrible experience with JL motoring?

if you used paypal (for goods?) you should have started a claim/complaint with paypal
is it too late to do that through paypal now?

2009 BMW e92 M3  [0.00]
No experience with JLM but based on that picture this looks like shipping damage to me. Looks like it saw some significant bending forces. I doubt it looked that way when it left. What did the carton look like?

sorry to hear about damage product, I would recommend two things... contact your cc acct to dispute the purchase and then open a claim to return damage goods if you purchase via Paypal. goodluck
