Identifying all options/packages on my M3?

Ive had a 2009 E92 M3 for a few years now. I love the car. I bought it used and didnt receive the window sticker indicating all the options and packages on the vehicle. Is there anyway I can find out this info? Possibly a website that can provide this info with my VIN? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

The dealer can also do it by reading your key. Just walk in and ask for a key read printout. It'll also show you the car's service history, in-service date, warranty, etc.

Is there an easy way to see what items are NOT on a particular M3 via VIN? Could not locate a checklist by year of the different options available. I found a couple years and have to cross check but have not found a full repository of the available options by year.

I'm not aware of a page/site that lists each option & package by year. Some websites will let you re-build say, a 2009 E90, and you can see what was offered.

If you can get familiar with packages & options, and then familiar with the VIN decoder, you can easily identify what is not on a specific vehicle.

For the most part there weren't many changes made over the E9x M3 lifecycle in regards to packages and options...maybe the following will help?

Premium and Cold Weather Packages offered every year
Competition Package offered 2011-2013
Technology Package offered 2008-2010
Convenience Package offered 2011-2013 (replaced the Technology package, but configured slightly differently)

All other options like Enhanced Sound, Moonroof, stand alone heated seats, etc. were offered every year.

Post a VIN up, or PM me, I can tell you how the window sticker would have looked (the decoder doesn't list stuff the same as the sticker does).
