E90 | Manual Transmission | 30k-40k Budget

Hi all,

In the postion that I am now ready to commit to getting a E90 of my own. 4 doors are important to me, so at this time it is the only body style I am considering. Along with that, below is the rest of my criteria:

- 6 Speed mandatory
- Blue is my ideal color, but would consider grey and black
- Mileage not the biggest deal to me, but under 100k is ideal
- Proof of RB done or recent blackstone report is essential
- Prefer more a stock car but exhausts, intakes, and other light mods welcomed
- Happy to travel anywhere in US for right car (would need to be open to PPI if I can not lay eyes on it before purchase)

Been looking to list my 6 spd 08 e90. She's my second car and I dont drive her enough to justify keeping her around. Religiously warmed up before reving past 3k RPMs.
Have maintenance records and oil sample reports from my ownership as well as the two previous owners. One a doctor and another a mechanical engineer.

I'd also like to park my daily in the garage.

Here's the short list of details...
- 83k miles
- jet black on black interior
- oem shadowline tail lights
- M Performance cat back exhaust
- RB & TA done
- Macht Schnell intake
- Turner pulley kit
- Replica comp wheels w/ new oem BMW center caps, tires in good shape
- heated seats, sunroof, keyless entry, adaptive headlights
- water pump, thermostat, upper radiator pipes, rear diff pinion seal, battery were all recently replaced
- trans fluid, screen gasket, diff fluid, spark plugs, brake fluid engine mounts done less than 5k miles ago
- black kidney grills
- both keys in posession
- interior 9/10
- exterior 7/10 (hood has some nicks, bumper could use a repaint, two scratches on roof)
- Mostly all original parts (even RBs lol) are in possession and would be included with the car
- Do not have the original lights for the headlight halos. Lux H8 189 lights currently installed

I have a 2011 Alpine white on fox red E90 m3 6 spd for sale. It's a single hump. Some nice mods:- Ohlins R&T, dash white te37sl, dinan sway bar, and dinan crank pulley. RBS and TA are done along with a lot more. Miles are at 126k
