Question Please Help Me

This is my situation; I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and in the process of buying made to order wheels for my car (2008 M3 E90). The problem is I am not home to measure my disc and caliper for them to start the build. Can anyone help me if they know the information or have a link to where I can find it. I wanted to have the wheels there once I arrived back from this deployment. Thank you if you can help. Please post or send me a PM.

This is the form I must fill out and return. Thank you again..
