Unhappy Rough idle on cold start, oily spark plug tip/thread

Been owning this car for 4 months now, one day I noticed the minor shake from the engine while cold start but will go away when the engine warms up.

Figured it could be the carbon built up on the spark plug. So I went ahead replaced all my spark plugs I noticed oily tips/threads on the old plugs for my bank 5 and 7.

The replacement solved the problem for 2 weeks but the problem came back again.

It gets better when the engine warmed up or simply by pressing on the throttle (oil on the plug tip gets burnt)

But I believe it's not because of the valve cover gasket leak neither the spark plug tubes. I just got them all replaced couple of days ago.

Is there anything else that could cause this problem?

Is there anything in between the crankcase and the camshaft case like a sealing gasket for the spark plugs?

Please help!!!

Could possibly be a faulty fuel breather valve.

Thanks for the help, I just got an engine service light on for cylinder 1 miss fire, I figured it could be a broken intake valve too...
