Looking at a 2011.5 E90 with 1700 miles. CPO to 1/2017.

Premium 2
DCT
Novillo leather
Technology pkg
Convience pkg
Moonroof
19"
Enhanced Premium Sound

Clean carfax(not that it really matters)

I negotiated to 61k

Fair deal or too high.

I think it's a touch high because of the lack of cold weather and ZCP but
as long as I'm close to a fair deal I can live with it.

Deal or no Deal?

61k, 1700 miles with CPO is a fair price. Get the service records if you can. Just make sure they did the 1200 service.
