Help ...Is this a good deal?

hello...
the local dealer wants to lease a M3 convertible ,DCT MSRP $78,395 for $1,145/m with $4,412 down 12k m/year...they discounted the car to 75,000 which I think it should be lower.
Please let me know guys what do you think?

To be blunt, I think it is insane to buy an '08 for anything more than $1000 over invoice at this point. Furthermore, leasing that car instead of buying at the 0.9% rate is like rolling up $100 bills and smoking them.
