Anyone in Cali selling an E90 M3?

Hello everyone! Was wondering if anyone here in California was selling their E90 M3 by any chance? Ive been back in the market for one and ready to pull the trigger on one if the right deal comes through. Here are some of the specs I am looking for:

- Exterior color: white, silver, black or white only
- Interior: Black preferably, no beige
- Transmission: DCT or 6 speed
- I dont mind higher mileage as long as all the major maintenance has been properly done
- Must be clean title
- Budget: $30k and under
