Primer for Mineral White touch-up paint

I have discovered some minor corrosion where the trunk-lid handle sits on my E92. Most of it is hidden by the rubber gasket seal there.

It is almost invisible except for when the lid is fully open, but I feel the need to fix it properly.

Can anyone recommend a primer solution (anti-corrosion or not) that would be compatible with the standard BMW Mineral White touch-up kit?
