$700 or so brand new. The stripe can be replaced with a new one fairly inexpensively. Can always make a counter offer.

I think it would only require paint. The actual fabric is in good shape. I added more photos to the album.

Paint or leather stain? Never heard of anyone painting that stripe. There are nicely made replacements that go over the existing one. Was trying to give someone an alternative instead of them not thinking it could be fixed pretty easily.

I painted my worn one with leather paint to do a color change. There is a thread on it. Its about a $15 cost to order all of the stuff.
