OPINIONS on wheels Sparkling Graphite E92

Just wanted to hear some opinions on which wheels for that model and color. Photos are not needed but appreciated, I will look them up if u don't have pics.
I was thinking BBS CH-R but would love to hear peoples opinions.

I also wanted to say that function is even with looks on my choice. I don't want any crazy lips or anything. I want something fast, would love forged if anybody knows where I can get some for a good price. I really like the RGR in Diamond Black but don't know if that would pop from my car, it looks like it is the same color.

interesting... I´m having the same dilema. For me it is between flat black or silver/polished. BBS LM, the new Adavn RZ-DF or Volks CE28 or RE30 come to mind.

i have those on my car now for my winter set up and there in flat black. they look great and i have added the other matte black pieces like the grills and badge and emblems so they go well with the car. i get compliments all the time

for summer i am thinking of powder coating my OEM 19's either some color black like a matte or a semi gloss black finish, nothing to shiny. or was thinking doing some black and on certain parts color match it. hard to describe but on the oem 19 where there are certain polished parts i would have that color matched then the rest black. or if i get a different wheel i am really liking the new forged Yoko Advan line, there light and not that expensive like compared to a set of Neez

once i get my wheels picked out i will then work on a color for my brake calipers. i would really love to have them be able to color match my fox red onto the caliper so it isn't the normal red that everyone gets and when the windows were rolled down or doors open it would really pop and be different. i had ferrari yellow on my E46 brembros bf and they looked sick but wanted to try something different this time

the BBS CH-R is nice, the Breyton GTS Race or i think it is called that, the lighter version tire rack sells. the normal GTS is heavy. both of those are nice too

man so many choices hard to choose

i know black wheels is done alot but man it looks so good on this color car. just my winter set up alone looks sick

I believe that I found the wheels that I want as long as they get back to me. There is a group buy for RAC Monolite, they look great and at that price I don't think you can beat them. Thanks for the input about the flat black as that is what I am going with, as I was not sure if they only looked good in the pics. I love Sparkling Graphite as well, was just having a problem with rims as you don't see the color often.

oh sweet so your getting in on the second group buy then. they had one already so you can see a shit load of pics in the orig thread they made where members posted pics of them on there cars. youy can really get an idea of what color to go with then

the new RAC they made is a nice looking wheel. it looks alot like the HRE P40 but has suttle differences and is lighter and better forged wheel in my op then the HRE

good luck with the wheels and enjoy when you get them

Yes, I will be getting in on it as soon as they get back to me. I know it is still open until the end of Feb. for any interested, they almost have a full roster so try to get in on it before the end of Feb. I have decided with the slightly gloss black, it is like a matte black. I decided on this because of the pic above that I found shortly after posting this thread.

Something to consider. Our SF-71 Super Concave. Sparkling is a very unique color. Matte Black, Metallic Silver and Gunmetal will all look good on that vehicle color. Photos below.

Matt

The Matte Black accents really flow well with SG, this is one of my favrotie colors to date on the M3. the 2008-only offering of the color makes it just that much more unique:

Here's another with V173s:

Thank you for the pics, the rims look really good in black with SG. It is nice to see different pics, although I will go with RAC if they get back to me. If they don't I will keep you guys in mind.

The RAC wheels are awesome and are using the same offsets as the VMRs, you won't be disappointed.

I personally don't like black on SG, it's a bit too much. I'm thinking about powdercoating my oem 19s in some kind of gunmetal. The OEM 18s color looks great on this car.

Shep said yesterday morning on the group buy thread that he had responded to you. If you have't received anything from him, post on the group buy thread, or send him a PM.

Yes, Shep did respond to me. I sent him my email, so I guess he will send me all the details of payment tonight. Thanks for helping me out on this.

Chuck rather than Shep may send the detail info. It could be early next week before it happens
