2011 M3 e92 no start and no crank
Hello everyone- looking for some guidance here- Brand new battery installed months ago. Never any start issues. Lights on, AC runs, radio works.
Today went to start it and it cranked for about 2 seconds and that was it. Has not made a cranking noise since. barely a clicking sound is all that is audible. Also, It sounds like the fuel pump(?) is running when the car is turned off. Never recall hearing it before. Coming from the passenger rear right by the fuel tank. Electric motor sound continues for about 2-4 mins even with the key in my pocket. Again I can't recall ever hearing that before. Thanks for any suggestions on what this might be. |

Made me curious too, found this: https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1444544
Makes me wonder about the ground strap further back on the exhaust back box. Gone in my case, wonder if it does anything else than adding further ground/redundancy? |
