Congrats on your happy ending.

My car is slated for a week 11 build. Unsure if this is the start of the 2011 builds, but Week 11 was the available build date on 2 Jan. I think that is 15-20 March unless two days in Jan constitute the first week. My car will off-load in NJ and the dealer is saying "end of April." I think he's managing expectations as I had better delivery times on my E46 M3 and 650i coupe.

If you don't mind mentioning the dealer, is it Braman BMW or South BMW?

My dealer is South BMW in South Dixie Hwy. I have always had an excellent customer experience with them.

Glad to hear BMW really stepped up to the plate and took care of your issue. That's crazy that your dealer already took an order for a 2011 M3 with comp. Pkg. I was at my dealer today(same dealer I've purchased all my other BMW's) to order my 2011 e92 M3 with comp pkg and my SP said they r not taking orders in yet till late next week...

so I guess ill be ordering mine next week.... that's great you ordered yours already....

Congrats on your new M3, also glad your problem was taken care of...

I was able to place an order of M3 w/ comp pkg for ED in May earlier this week no problem, just that pricing still showed as "blocked". Maybe your dealer is just waiting for the price to come out.

Just got my production # today confirmed for May 7 ED =)

I already have pricing agreed for $xxx above ED invoice so pricing being blocked is not an issue.
