Yea, with a steering rack this quick shuffling is a thing of the past.

I've got euro MDM but also supercharged so it does tend to flicker quite a bit.

Not sure if this is just a data issue with the on-screen display, but one thing I would suggest is trying to get back to full throttle as fast as possible. Can you do a histogram of the throttle pedal over your session? Or even your fastest laps?

Also, try not to shuffle-steer. Your hands crept up and down on the wheel a bit which can be really risky if you need to catch a slide or take evasive action. I know there are differing opinions on this, but for the vast majority of turns you should not need to move your hands at all.
Yeah, I think the data did not synch 100%. Still trying to get that figured out. There were a few times when I know I was WOT and data said otherwise. Hadn't noticed my hands. Thanks for that!

Were you lifting on the main straight? Figured your top speed would be a good bit higher than my car.

I am jealous of your corner speed on 4 and 10, I am slowly working my speeds up at those two turns

Damn fsmtnbiker those fenders look pretty hot. I want to get some too now, and your first pic has cheezlehp4e92 in the background.. who also has those fenders!

Correct to assume front fender liners must be removed? Curious if there's any downsides off-track. For example, I use my car on weekends for groceries and random drives, otherwise it just sits at home. I might go moderate and get the n24 vents that install onto the stock fender instead.

There are only two (I think) of those 8mm screws that actually connect to the fenders. The front plastic connects to the felt, the horn bracket on the drivers side, and the DCT cooler support on the passenger side. The fender liners don't really rely on the actual fenders for support.
I think the rears aren't really crucial. You might have to lose the windshield washer fluid reservoir though.

Got it.. but any functional downsides? Like would removing the liners allow damage from rocks to happen? For example, with it removed, stuff inside may get water or rock damage?

Should be fine. If it's near the wheel well, it's designed to be in a nasty place.

I just cut out the top portion of my liners for my vents. Didn't want to expose everything else. I also bolted my spats to the liners.

I trimmed my liners instead of just removing them entirely. I did have to remove the washer bottle, and relocate the brake vacuum pump. I always had the washer bottle empty anyways, so it is no big loss for me there.

I still daily the car 1-2 times a week so I didn't want to fully remove the liners just yet.

Let a McLaren past and I was slowly catching up to an older GT3 that for some reason was slow under braking. Must have been having issues. I thought I destroyed my NT01 but looking at them again days later, they look better than when I took them, albeit more worn. Heat was pretty bad at over 90F with over 120F track surface temperature and very few clouds. For every session but one, the fastest lap was the first full one. Somehow for this session, I got out a few 1:51s and this 1:50 on the 8th lap of the session. Tire pressure was pretty even at 34 PSI after a cool down lap or two and some driving around the paddock. I should have better monitored the pressures, but can't do much about it now.

I also let the car auto-shift so I'm not tempted to take it all the way to red line but still the DCT cooler combined with the brakes were making the front right very hot -

Next upgrade is the full Do88 cooling kit.

No lifting, car just wasn't responding. Thinking my clutch issue may have been the reason. I was getting unexplained hesitation shifting into 5th. The heat definitely contributed, but when I was last at SP in October I was just a hair short of 160 mph before braking. I expected to be slower due to the heat but not that much slower.

Noticed the same issue at VIR last month. Hopefully the car isn't too bad as I'm scheduled for a return to VIR w/TrackDaze on 8/10-11 and then a return to SP-Main w/Chin 8/29-30.

Thanks for the compliments on corners 4 & 10. Been working on those with a coach and he was finally able to convince me that the car could hold those speeds and more. I was puckered up the first few times and then it just started feeling much more comfortable, and a great place to close the gap to cars in front of me.

Riding w/NASA is my next plan. I've done TrackDaze the most but will be doing more runs w/Chin this year. Already have the rest of my year planned out but will look to add NASA next year. The coach I've been using instructs w/TrackDaze, Chin, NASA, and several more and has always had good things to say about NASA.

Get yourself into NASA HPDE4 so you can quickly jump to TT. There's very little reason not to, assuming you want to run with other skilled drivers and stop wasting time navigating huge lines of traffic during your sessions.

Whoa. Isn't it standard practice to run without center caps on track? I never put them in my track wheels now! One less thing to worry about

I need to work on those turns.
I could tell your MPH was down. I hit right at 140mph (143 before adding aero) your drive out of some of the other turns is a lot stronger than my car. Next time I see you out there I wanna try to follow you for a bit

I might sign up for the Chin event at Main, I ran with them for the first time last year and had a great time.

I have only lost one center cap in many years of tracking my cars. Of course it had to be the expensive $50 Forgeline one and at my first COTA outing, but oh well.
