WTB: Failed Throttle Actuators

I am trying to diagnose the failed electronics on a throttle actuator. Hoping to share my findings so perhaps new rebuild options can open up all over and make it more affordable.

I would appreciate if someone would sell me their failed or failing actuators. Please DM me. Thanks!
