Would it be possible to paint the white part the color of the car, space grey in this case? Has anyone done this before?

This is a home based DIY that cost about 30 bucks.. And the pride reward afterward for me was worth it.

Color matching on the other hand, will require taking it to a shop. By that expense, you might as well get the black line lights, which I may get in the future.

Just my 2 cents..

Why not just buy the LCI-style taillights for the 08 E90? Then it is actually LED and lights up the same.
