What do you guys think of the bootleg BBS LM's?

Do you think the bootleg BBS LM's are a good idea (cause i sure as hell cant get the original ones im sorry). Whats the difference? just the weight? This is for a '08 e92 M3 by the way. Or should i go with CSL rims? Any feedback will be highly appreciated

I think you'll be happier with VB3 CSLs or our V710s. =)

"just the weight?"

It's also forged, so it's not just the weight. It's light AND strong, and anything that is light and strong is expensive.

Approx 26lbs, your offsets would be +22mm rear and +25 front.

Well, I haven't seen seen the BBS LM reps on the new M3 but I would imagine them being pretty nice, here are some on an e90

CSL's are very nice always a classic wheel now as well. The V710 are a very hot wheel as well. The wheels are low pressure casted pretty strong, they run about 25-26.5lbs depending on style and size.

Please dont do it..... Instead, buy a set of authentic wheels that are affordable, or semi affordable like the Volk TE37, they can be had for like 2600$ or so... Or maybe the Breyton wheels that just came out for the M3, you should be able to pick up a set for cheap. Anything but FAKE wheels.

Stock 18's look incredible, no need for aftermarket wheels. I have been unable to find a set of wheels that looks better than the stock 18's on a MR coupe. Now if you got the 19's i'd definitely go aftermarket because the 19's are ugly as hell.

The 19s are ugly as hell? Interesting thought, however what's ugly as hell is that stupid M badge you put on your kidney grille. That looks terrible IMO.

Sorry but I would have to agree with him.

And your prob the minority here because mostly everyone likes the 19s more then the 18s

I have the 18's and love them. Originally I got them because I wanted to go aftermarket and didn't want to spend the extra $$$ for the 19's. Even though the 18's are awesome I am still going to go for aftermarket wheels to personalize the car a bit. If I wasn't going the aftermarket route I would've opted for the 19's.
