Yep, it's my go-to wheel cleaner now that they're ceramic coated!

I suggest the LS version which doesn't smell like barf.

Is there some benefit about oxide on rotors?

It actually takes off a lot of the oxidation. I think if you take the wheel off and get in there it'll remove a lot of it.

I've tried just about every boutique brand available including Sonax, 1Z Einszett’s and Optimum. Honestly, they all work about the same as far as removing iron particles. The major difference I've found is the smell and the products ability to cling to the wheel and decontaminate using less product.

Iron X seems to be the strongest of the bunch.

I am a big fan of sonax. It's a great product and very similar to iron X. I just think that iron x works fast with less amount of product. They have a small bottles available. Give it a try, they're pretty reasonable !

Sonax wheel cleaner is cheaper if you buy the big jugs of it.

I prefer Iron X because it won't hurt the C.quartz coating.

Same here. Works incredibly well when combined with Reload to top up the CQuartz.

if its cheaper and does the same thing, sign up for autogeek's emails and wait until they have a 25% off and free shipping sale (about 2-3 times a year) and stock up. also, try wheel woolies in combination with the sonax or ironx.

I typically just throw it into a random Amazon order since it's available via Prime. They even stock the larger bottles and LS version.

Did you blow off the water immediately after the wheel wash? Last time I washed my car and my wheels, a lot of rust formed on the rotors which dripped onto the interior of my rims.
