Maybe it won't matter at this point but a Michigan title on the Carfax and driving it on salty winter roads isn't going to help with the sale. Keep her with NC plates and warm and dry until the winter is over. You'll get more looks in the spring.

Good luck with the move and the M sale.

I've seen a lot of people beating a dead horse about a couple thousand dollars of value for this car. The truth is that this car has been on this forum since July of 2018 at a pretty consistent price. If any of us had been in the market for a nice M3 from July 2018 until now, and putting back money for one, we would just about be able to buy this car CASH by now, regardless of an extra 2k... How much more is that anyway on a 5 year loan with interest? like 35 bucks more a month?

He's right. Hold on to it for a few more months. This car is worth every penny and someone going to pay to take her home

I'd like to make an offer at $20,000. Car looks nice and clean, but with the money that I need to spend to get it here, cleaned up, dents removed, rod bearings done, etc I think that's beyond a fair offer considering similar cars are listed for $20k-$23k with similar or less mileage.

if there are similar cars listed for such price, you should go buy one of those similar cars at that price

OP - if I had not already purchased my e90m3 last year before you listed your car, I would have seriously considered flying out to check out the car in person
good luck with sale

I don't see the expenses to "get it home" and others you mentioned as legitimate negotiation points.

I haven't seen a "similar" car for sale in a long while.

Then you must not use the Internet very often and a cost in obtaining the car is always a legitimate negotiation point, especially on a car that's been for sale for over 6 months. If you think the price is fair, then buy it. Unlike most of you commenting, I am willing to purchase the car rather than get my jollies off wasting time commenting on something I'd never purchase

Agree to disagree. Not sure what your comment about internet use has anything to do with your negotiating skills.

I should've sold the car when I first posted it for the 28k-29k offers I got. I didn't expect the market to get this soft, I do expect it to recover some though.

I hear the similar car thing a lot and wonder why people don't just buy those cars.

I'm not selling this car because I can't afford it, or because it doesn't run or drive great. I'm simply ready for something new and need to thin the herd because of a recent move.

When you say fix "dents" and stuff like that. I don't really know what you're saying, it's doesn't have dents. It's not an abused car. Why don't you come take a look at the car before talking about how much money it needs. It's priced right, even with the market where it is.

I'm pretty sure I saw the car on a beautiful day last summer when I was checking out the suburbs of lake Norman with my wife. It's an absolute stunner and my jaw dropped. Probably the one and only E90 ZCP I have seen in person in Melbourne red.

Congrats to the new owner!

Transaction trending well. Thank you!
Straight up awesome guy right here. I don't quite understand to date, but if you asked, he might still insist word for word that "Chuck Norris once stared in the general direction of his S65 at cold-start-up, with hood open, and has since suffered from post-mature Rod bearing failure. I love you man!
