M Performance Exhaust, two colors?

I just got the M Performance Exhaust installed and is really happy with it. While I was reading reviews about the exhaust I found out some M Performance Exhausts are black and not stainless steel like mine. Why is that? Are there two versions?

Afaik, the M exhaust is only available one way. IND and others are just painting or powdercoating them.
