steering vibration...

at around 80-85mph...does not happen at lower speeds....if wheel balance issue thought the wheel vibrates at any speed or is it more pronounced at higher speeds....i did have local tire shop check for a bent rim once so perhaps front wheels bolts overtightened??..appreciate feedback

No, it is still possible that it's wheel balance issue.
I watched last week Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson had steering wheel vibration only on 65+ mph. And he fixed with gluing some coins on the wheels. =)
