Good lease deal for 08?!

Here's the deal I just got on a new 2008 M3 Coupe. I should note that I've been working with the saleman on the price of this particular car for the last 2 months and the monthly payment below is about $250 a month less than the first offer I was given.

All in all I've got it, so it's a done deal but I thought I'd see just how good of a deal I got.

shoulda kept the equity rather than using as a down payment as you will never see that money again...otherwise looks like a good deal.

oh yeah, forgot to put those as we worked that out first.

oh and to the other guy, I did get the rebate as we finished the deal the week before last, just had to wait to pick it up for a couple different reasons.

it's 36 months with 12,000 miles a year
