I don't think there's a car in the price range that's quite as nice as this. I sat in a few at the dealer and the seats are the nicest I've ever experienced in a production car. Excellent car and a steal for $28k. I'm surprised I don't see more of these.

I agree, but when you start adding options, they find themselves in a whole different bracket, although still reasonably priced.

Yeah, the second you bump up to the VR6 it hits $40K but that is a pretty loaded car. You don't get nickel and dimed like you do with BMW.

totally, it is THE best looking VW to date.
It looks loads better than a mercedes E, Bmw 5, Bmw 3, Mercedes C, Audi A4 / A6

the only problem i had with it was the seats are hard..
not sure why they made the leather like that..

we test drove the CC 125KW diesel followed by Audi A4 2.7TDI diesel,
definately preferred the softer feel of the audi leather over the CC,
also the CC doesnt have a middle seat in the rear (originally) but this is now a dealer option

Diesel > petrol

All in all though a fantastic car..

It looks really good. They really should start offering TDi's across the range.

I think the VR6 Sport comes w/ 4WD; maybe the "vanilla" VR6 has the same.

I was considering trading in my car for this to save money; still might.
