I go through a very methodical warm up process every time when turning the car on. As soon as I turn it on I rev up the engine as high as it will go (the idea is to get it warmed up as soon as possible), after 40 seconds or so once it is warmed up a bit, I drive it like Ayrton Senna for the first 3 miles until my rod bearings temperature sensors have come up to normal operating temperature.

I'm putting off my RB's until late nov/early dec (the shop can have the car while I'm away hahaha) and I feel like taking a chance w/ a ticking time bomb....75k on the clock lol!
