Groan front front of car under braking

Guys

Starting to get a groad from the front of the car under braking, it is fine at higher speeds but noticeable from about 30mph-0mph. Car has only done 2800 miles from new, checked tyre pressures etc.

Anyone any ideas before I chat with service dept. at the dealer

Ive been experiencing that lately. At a guess I think the brake pads are getting low.

I would normally agree with you on brake pads being the cause but not after less than 3000 miles.

Think I'll book it in and see what the muppets at BMW say, normally no fault found

Car went into dealers yesterday, they checked suspension, brakes, wheel bearings etc etc and also geometry and all is bang on. They seem to think it is down to tyres which I appreciate there comments as it sounds like tyre noise to a fashion and then advised there own M3 edition demo is the same. I took it out and indeed it was the same.

The only thing is that mine didn't have this tyre groan for the first 2500 miles. Apparently it was also common on the E46, I have to take this as face value as I never owned an E46.
