WTB (for a friend): AW/MW on Red, E92, DCT Preferred

Helping a friend find a E92 M3.
His main requirements being White on Red (or cloth) with a carbon roof. Ideally DCT, but he's open to manual depending on price. Doesn't care if it has idrive or not.
Seems like he's leaning towards buying a ESS-625 supercharged one. Can't have any big wings or cages. Would prefer for OEM parts to come with the car as well.
He's budgeting $30-35k depending on mods, year, and mileage.
