OP - 4 transparency put up purchase price from EAG and the buyback offer. That is unless your asking more than you paid EAG. Possible Forum win/win scenario to shoot the middle plus or minus.

I would say there's a 1% chance he's asking more than he paid EAG. No way EAG sold him this car under $50k.

EAG is all about mileage - likely they sold this car in the mid forties given 50k miles. Question is how much $ are all the mods worth. It's hard to price a car as a rare collectable with mods included.

As an owner of a rare spec sought after E90 M3 6MT AW/FR, he can "ask" for any price he wants.

Whether he sells it at that price is quite another matter, but he has the right to put his initial asking price on the high end in hopes of getting more.

Of course, asking for an EAG price but not actually being EAG will most likely mean no sale

At some point he'll either drop the price or take EAG offer; given he is looking at a GT4, it gives new meaning to the phrase "1st world problem"

They sold it to him for a pretty penny and probably made him a low ball offer to make money off of it again. Hence why op is selling it to the forum members in hopes of letting it go for somewhere in the between EAG sale price and EAG buyback offer. 52k is not a serious asking price, it’s just a starting point for negotiations.

For the price OP is asking the car should have ZCP wheels and no front splitter. The car should be as OEM as possible. Even so the price is way too high

Betting the owner got a wind of all this forum banter and took the lower EAG offer.

Mileage and mods have to impact the value here. Mods worth more off the car.

This spec, and the included aftermarket parts, is worth the asking price in my opinion. It's getting very hard to find these e90's. And they are the last NA M3 you will ever have the opportunity to buy. GLWS.

To be fair he offered to sell the car for less without the mods, so anyone who isn't just kicking tires could have that conversation.

If I was willing to get the stock parts and the mods for the right price I'd part it out myself, have made good ROI that way in the past by putting cars back to stock when the original owner just didn't find it worth their time.

The fact that people are considering 10 year old cars as collectable already is wild to me.

Would have preferred a lot of colour combos over my AW/FR. It's classy and fits the E9x M3 - but I find it very overplayed tbh. But maybe that's just me.

GLWS though, good history and low mileage means a lot to the right buyer - hence this price sound like a good starting point.

(FYI: I've seen a lot of E9x M3s go up in value here in Germany during the last two years, LCI + MT + low-mileage being top of the list.)

I counted about $10k in mods (if purchased new), that's a decent amount in my opinion. There aren't many mods, but the mods that are there are quality.

Ok so let’s take off $6k from the asking price (for mods if he parted out)....that’s still $46k for 2011 54k miles car that’s worth 30k (IF rb and throttle actuators are done)

I didn't see 10k maybe I'm wrong...

Those are KW V1 not V3.. so budget.

I guess the front lip is expensive? Rest of stuff is black not CF.

Not sure how much those wheels cost but I got my BBS FI for about $6000

Plus installation on some of those parts. Over $12K easy. EAG would want the car back with this spec. No question. Would they want it back with those mods? They're not a fan of mods and they spend the time to get cars back to stock....UNLESS it's Dinan-modded or has minor mods. OP is probably selling the car with EAG's offer price in mind + the cost for mods. I'm a mod guy, so these tasteful mods are "worth something" to me.

This car is spec'd for a very particular buyer. My opinion is that it's not a question of if it will sell at this price, it's a question of when. If EAG gets this car back, in stock form it would probably be $49,990 car IMO. Which means they may have offered low to mid $40Ks for it as it sits. E90s don't last long at EAG.

Good Luck OP! Best E90 I've seen for sale in a long time. This is done to perfection with great mileage to continue driving worry free.

OP should put this car on BAT.

Too many talkers on the forums. The car is a great example and with it being a 9yo car it's nice to know it met EAG's standards.
