11' M3 noise 65k miles

Hey guys hope all is well.

I have a 2011 M3 with 65k miles, Rod bearings were done 8k miles ago already BE Bearings and ARP Bolts.

I am having this weird noise that sounds like a thik thik thiking noise, can someone please help with what this noise may be?

In addition, when revving the engine up to 3k + the noise does not get louder its the same sound as this. Been running 5w50 for the past 8k miles with new bearings.
