Will e46 bike holder w/arm work with e92 base?

Wondering if this will work? Someone is selling one locally and thought about picking it up to haul my bike.

get the roof one. you will be could probably be more satisfied than a rear bumper one.
the roof one from either Yakima, or Factory works perfectly and its Built for your car.

I have the oem base already, but just wanted to know if the bike holder from a e46 will work with a e92 base.
