Just an update for anyone with a similar setup. Recently put on some Toyo R888R's. 265/30/19 front and 295/30/19 rears on Swift Spec-R springs. Perfect fit. No rubbing what so ever.

I did my first track day on a set of Forgeline GTD-1s, 18x10 +27mm square set with 12mm spacers in the rear. 285/35/18 Hankook RS4s all the way around.

It rubbed slightly in the front but nothing too crazy. Running stock suspension and brakes (DS2500 pads, great hybrid pad, wears very quickly on track though).

R - 275/35 19 no spacer (removed 12mm MS spacer)

Will try 10mm spacer in the rear and move 12mm spacer to the front. No rubbing yet in the front with 15mm spacer but will see after it settles.

Hi everyone.

I have been searching quite a bit.

I own a e92 m3 with stock suspension ( non edc ).

I just ordered 18 inch apex arc 8‘s. 9.5 et22 F and 10.5 et 27.

I would love to fit 275/35/18F and 295/35/18R. Will this be plug and play or will it rub? The tires I am planning on running are continental extreme contract sports. I get a huge discount through a friend on the tire. Any advice I would greatly appreciate.

those specs are pretty plug and play, especially on stock suspension.

I'm running Ohlins coilovers and thinking about a square set of 19in BBS LM-Rs

19x9.5 ET 25

What would be a good tire size? 275/30 all around? Would I need spacers up front?

TIA

275/30/19 front and 275/35/19 works well

275/30/19 rear would be too short

That'll fit easily.

Rears are 9.5, however. Front has a lot more space than the rear.

Think I could go 15mm rear and 12.5mm front?

Thanks again,

Depends on tire and camber.

I had 265/35 AD08R and rubbed like crazy with a 15mm spacer in the rear, it got better with 12mm.

I now have the 265/30 AD08R on -2.2 of camber and have 0 issues.

E92 M3 '10

currently have major rubbing on front tires against the back wheel liner. I have a set of BBS CI-R wheels (after checking BBS spec sheet of actual wheel type, it is listed for F8X...) but: would it be 'fixable' so I minimize rubbing with correct alignment and spacers is my question?

running KW HAS at very close to ZCP ride height.

F: 19x9.5 ET40 running 265/35 and 18mm spacer
R: 19x10.5 ET35 w/ 285/35 and 15 mm spacer (seems fine, it's tight but don't expect much rubbing.

Could really use any help/ advice! My initial next step would be to get smaller tires (245 seems small-ish for the wheel though). TIA!

2011 ZCP coupe
Dinan Stage 2 suspension
ZCP wheels with stock Contis

considering PS4S 255/35 + 275/35 (unless someone says "NO! You want this!" and posts up a good reason for "this")

spacers: Should I?

Opinions welcomed on the tires and spacers

I run these specs with 4s without the stage 2 suspension. But I don't see why be issue so much room. Unless u dropped it more than inch up front and like than .5 rears...

The Dinan drop is half an inch over the base M3. Since the ZCP is already 10mm lower, the Dinan coils only drop it another 2.7mm past ZCP static height.

Yeah my stock zcp on 4s I got like 1. inch room gap front
Rears like .7 roughly gap. I can measure exactly later but the wheel itself should be fine in those specs on a very slight drop. Michelin are more rounded. If you went any wider on fronts or rears that different story.

But again just my 2 cents compared what I have. So I cannot guarantee. Just trying be helpful with 4s on zcp

I think if you go back in thread some still do spacers I cannot recall ... on these specs

the previous owner of the car was running 255/35r20 on the front and it rubs horribly on both sides at a 1/4 turn of the wheel.
