It did and we have to get over that fact. But if the ACR and ZR1 go back again and drop their times below the 7:20 mark then I doubt anyone will feel the same way about the GTR posting the time is did.

I still believe the GTR's time was with a stock motor. Yeah a one at the higher end of the scale of stock GTR seen out there, but stock all the same. The thing is, I personally thing the other two are under-achievers and need to do better, especially the Viper which is a racer with number plates and a shit load of downforce. It should be way quicker than the others.

Nice video...... predictable that the GTR would get spanked....its down 600lbs and 100whp...but the dyno # for the ZR1 is a bit low...I would think 540whp is more normal...I mean paying all that extra $$$ for only 60whp more than a stock Z06 (which can make that number with cams-headers easy)

I'll bet they didn't have to replace the transmission, brake pads, all the fluids, and void the warranty in the Vette.

This we can absolutely agree on (wow another miracle). Both should break 7:20 with quoted power, ace driver and good conditions.
