Go to for removing Rubber from the track

Hello,

I have the worst rubber streaks all over my hood and fenders from the track from other cars tires.

Any products that are awesome at removing these? I've tried goo gone and iso alcohol but it doesn't work very well.

Thanks!

Mothers R3 is a miracle product.

My regimen once my track day is complete: do a quick detailer wipe down of the whole car, then use R3 on anything the QD couldn't remove.

I was recommended trying rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl alcohol) first before going with other agents. Car has nano coating on it. Any idea if this product is okay or if it will strip the nano coating off?

Doubtful it will remove the coating, but why not just use the right product for the job? R3 is designed specifically for this purpose.

No I was just curious. Was actually going to google for this very thing when I found this thread. Will try out R3. IPA worked but still required some elbow grease.

How about Griot's track spray? I was planning to try that. The only concern with the Griot's is that it can effect a clear bra but I don't have a clear bra so not really an issue for me.

Frankly, I'm not sure if it could be any better than Mothers R3, which is relatively cheap, easy to get, and idiot-proof. It also doesn't affect clear bra.

Still, having more options is never a bad thing.
