According to Active's website (exhaust description below) it will fit any E9X M3 (tips are adjustable):

True performance, durability, and attractive weight advantages with innovative features places the Active Autowerke E9X BMW M3 exhaust in a class of its own. This system is constructed from 100% polished 304-stainless steel and features adjustable Active Autowerke double walled tips, making it ideal both for 2-door and 4-door models (also allows for cleaner fitment with diffusers). This system uses factory style flanges making it a complete bolt on system that requires no cutting or welding. The system is a straight-through design providing substantial improvements to gas flow over the factory exhaust. The sound is unobtrusive, with a rich mellow tone and delivers a solid 15+hp, with key gains in the mid-range. In addition, the Active Autowerke E9X M3 Signature Exhaust system features large 3" piping for maximum exhaust flow while maintaining enough back-pressure to result in horsepower increases across the entire RPM range. The factory E9X M3 muffler features a Noise Canceling Chamber inside the muffler and Active Autowerke has retained this feature by adding two custom Active Autowerke noise canceling chambers (NCC)on each muffler to reduce/eliminate all drone (the 'booming' noise some muffler emit at cruising speeds, ~3500 rpm). I posted all the pics I have above; from your sig you are downtown. I am out on vacation until Wed., but if you PM me when you are downtown I can meet you for lunch or after work sometime on my way home from downtown (I work at One Biscayne Tower) and you can see and hear it for yourself.

The exhaust is still on the car; I have not gotten my final email from Evolve yet that the valve system is on its way.

I have received some questions about shipping: I am having the exhaust removed at Active, so since it is a used Active exhaust, I have assumed thus far shipping will not be difficult for a buyer to arrange since Active ships their exhausts on a regular basis. I had not focused on this to date since I was hopeful of a local sale, but I have a note to Active to confirm and will post more information when I receive a reply about shipping details and potential costs.

(Edit: Active has confirmed they can ship the exhaust for the buyer; as an estimate, shipping to California would be around $200 insured via fedex.)

Update; Sale fell through so this is back on the market. Also, the exhaust is off the car and being held at Active pending sale. Price still at $1,500.

I am receiving PM's that the pictures on the first page of this thread are not visible for some reason. I am reposting them below just in case. If these are not viewable, I made my Exhaust Album public, which shows the exhaust when it was on the car. I don't have pictures off the car but it is currently at Active ready to be shipped. They may have some pictures before shipping.
